Don't ever go to this place with family "Terrible people and terrible service. I have never seen such a rude person as Manish. He has no interest in providing service, just in charging money. We had booked two rooms there; on the first day, the AC wasn’t working in the room, and Manish made excuses about there being a power issue. Such a big hotel, but no backup at all. No hot water, no working AC, and even the fan barely works. After spending the whole day outside, there isn’t even a place to charge our phones—we have to charge them at the reception. And when we try to talk about these issues, he says, 'Get out of my hotel.' They had sent us to KK Resorts in Jaisalmer desert, which was even worse. The whole place was full of bugs; such a large resort, but not a single fan. Cockroaches and bugs were everywhere, and we even saw a frog in one place. The person serving food was throwing a frog away with one hand and serving food with the other. The entire place was filthy. I have never seen such an arrogant and rude person as Manish, who tells guests to 'get out.' How can anyone stay without AC in such heat? If this fool can’t even understand that, then how is he running a hotel?"

Worst experience ever in this hotel. Ac is not working properly. They charged 4500 approx per night and breakfast is not good.

One of the best hotel in jaisalmer, location is very beautiful and convenient and i also thanks to the staff is very cooperative and helpful to you, terrace view is awesome rooms are very beautiful neat and clean such a affordable price.

The property will give you a great view of the city from the terrace. The rooms and washroom were clean. We booked a standard ac room. The room was a bit samal as we were travel-ling with 2 kids. However the host was kind enough to provide us with extra bedding at no extra cost. Overall a nice experience. Slightly overpriced according to me. But otherwise everything was good. Breakfast prepared was also tasty and fresh

hotel rajmandir is a beautiful hotel inside the jaisalmer fort. staff are humble and very helpful. we booked for a day. next day once we reached after the sight seeing we had our evening tea and dinner there, though we didn’t have booking for that day. the view was awesome from the rooftop. also the royal ambience will make you feel like a king 😊

Everything is good. Food is average

At first instance, you will be a bit sceptical about your decision but when you meet the hotel staff, they are just amazing their welcoming nature and helpful behaviour won our hearts. Special thanks to deep u ji, he stood by us in every need, they even on-demand food for us, which was not there on their menu, they are really amazing, the property is also quite decent enough and the rooftop view is worth climbing such long distance. Highly recommended for people who love the privacy and wants to enjoy star gazing or sun rise at roof top, a place you must count on

The hotel staff are cooperative, and it felt like home. It is located in jaisalmer fort. Best viewed from the hotel room.
