Blue Moon Resort Jaisalmer was a total letdown. They resorted to deceptive tactics like manipulating their Google listing to appear on top, forced us to make advance payments, and treated us very rudely. On top of that, despite the itinerary mentioning Blue Moon Resort, they made us stay in a Shama Camp Desert, which was not up to par. Despite promising a memorable experience, the reality was far from it. Misleading pricing, unhelpful staff, and disappointing accommodations. Avoid at all costs!
