Best Hotels near Masjid Jami Al-Aniyah, Jakarta

Came here 2 times and got a bed sheet sorry to smell, the first time I didn't give a review because I was lazy, this is the second time I got this kind of bed sheet, next time if I didn't change it, at least check first

On the whole this hotel was excellent in every way except one which sadly let things down a little but it would not stop me staying again. I went with my wife and was joined by my sister from the UK, my wife is Indonesian and my sister like me British, this is not a hotel on the tourist map thus not getting many European visitors I expect but was not any different to Ibis hotels in Europe and in some ways better especially regarding service, excellent swimming pool btw. Breakfast was a delight catering for all tastes, no complaints there. Obviously a couple of “bules” (Europeans) gets noticed and the breakfast manager Andrew came to talk to us, excellent English by the way. The only bad part was the evening meal, it was on the strength of breakfast that we decided to have evening meal which sadly was something we regretted, my sister is vegetarian and ordered margarita pizza which for some reason had meat on it not just tomato and cheese as expected, I ordered fish and chips which was cold, the chips were actually French fries as you get in fast food outlets not real chips but I expected that. My wife ordered traditional Indonesian food which she did not enjoy either, this was at 20:00 (8pm) not an unreasonable time to expect a decent meal. I can accept that my meal being cold and wife’s being not nice could be a (1 off) but giving a vegetarian meat is inexcusable. Evening meal was a disaster otherwise everything else was excellent, I would stay again but not use restaurant at night.

Staying at Superior Room. Room is compact but clean and comfy. TV needs to be upgraded as the quality of visual is bad (statics). I had to ask for bathroom mat. They didn't provide it. Cool way to serve water, by dispenser in the hallway. Staff were helpful and quick. Thanks a lot!

Bed is not the same with the reservation, then air conditioner is not really good. But the location near the food culinary.

The hotel condition is fine, rooms are not so big (but enough) with minimalist design. The downside is the tube-bathroom…I really hate it. Too small and the material (it’s made from resin I guess) somehow doesn’t make me comfortable. Also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser needs to be pushed quote hardly. Staffs are friendly. BUT the SOP for pandemics situation is quite loose. When I checked-in, other guest come to the the desk (from other side) not wearing the mask properly (he used it ON THE CHIN). Tried to remind him, he didn’t care. I was disappointed that the reception didn’t anything and still served him as if it very commonly happens. Also found guests smoking and chatting (of course no mask on) at the outdoor restaurant with no social distancing (I can tell they weren’t families). So in conclusion: hotel is fine, strategic location and worth the price yet if u worry abt covid19, don’t stay here.

The accommodation is clean, spacious and comfortable. There's a KTC and Starbucks right next to it, and an ATM on the 3rd floor. And the breakfast was better than I expected.

The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Our room was set up with fresh guacamole, welcome drinks and they had made pillows with each of our 3 kids’ names monogrammed on them! Personal touches like this will not be forgotten. This hotel looked very modernized and hippie with the decoration.. i’m very fond @ the bed and the pillow quite soft.. however the air-con of my room seem quite old and not getting cold as i wanted. Overall the stay is worthwhile for the money 🥰🥰🥰
