Best Western Summerlea

It was a good hotel. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The room was nice and clean. Staff was well groomed and well behaved. However, the elevator has a unique feature that it could be operated from lobby only after a front desk agent would tap on the console of elevator. I believe there would be some valid reason behind this but this is for the first time I saw anything like that Also, I assume that it was non-smoking hotel and I was feel heavy smoking smell in elevator. I did mention that to the Front Desk Agent. I hope they will investigate about it. Overall, it was nice stay. Would definitely visit it in future

Location is good, but poor management. Loud DJ all night till 1am midnight. Asked for extra bed for kid, was given a super hard single mattress kept on the floor. Pathetic service, will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checkin and checkout was smooth and fast rooms are well maintained clean and in excellent conditions with comfortable and luxurious feel ventilation in rooms as well as in whole property was good overall cleaning was maintained throughout the stay.wifi connectivity worked well and the property facilities were properly managed and easy acessible the loyality program features were also appreciated .food was very good especially breakfast which has good quantity variety and fresh in taste.staff was attentive helpful and caring overall stay was comfortable will recommend all to stay at this property

Feom the checkin to the check out everthing was smooth rooms are so comfartable with good ventilation Food was really good. Breakfast is awesome and healthy houskeeping team really good even the service team is so fast anything you order they deliver to room very fast quick service interior of the hotel is good wifi is top notch works smothly front desk was really helpful always having smile on there face .really enjoy my stay even the rewards points program is too good ..definately i will come for stay in future really enjoy to stay over here
