El hotel es espectacular pero lastima los alrededores con demasiado ruido, música súper fuerte que también interfiere con la música dentro del hotel y llega a ser molesto

Sin duda el pueblo es encantador y hay muchas actividades al aire libre y de deporte por hacer, la comida es deliciosa, los tragos igual y el personal es muy amable y bien capacitado. Las albercas hermosas, sientes que estas en Tulim… Sin embargo todo este encanto se rompe al llegar a la habitación, hace demasiado calor, te dan unos ventiladores que poco o nada funcionan y los mosquitos te comen en la noche, las camas son incomodas, el primer día me levanté con dolor de espalda, estamos acostumbrados a hoteles de lujo, esto es más para aventureros que quieren sentir la experiencia de pasar incómodo como el calor y una cama dura, si esto mejorara la experiencia sería superior.

En general la estancia fue agradable, mi inconveniente es la atención por parte del personal!
Contraté una cena romántica y literalmente me dejaron los platos servidos y no se pararon para ver que se nos ofrecía, la cena estaba fría y no había quien calentara nada, por ese aspecto considero que deberían capacitarse más am la atención a clientes!

En recepción son muy amables, el hotel está en muy buena ubicación, referente a la habitación la cama es muy dura, solo tienen comida por horarios, fuera de ese horario a partir de las 7 ya no venden comida, eso nos comentó la del bar, es para un tipo de turismo que le gusta más estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

Un lugar muy hermoso y muy cuidado. 100% para descansar. En las cabañas hay poco espacio para maletas pero son bonitas. Probaré la opción de glamping.
