We came into town to stay for a family reunion and decided to try the Doubletree. We were very pleasantly surprised in all the renovations and updates. The rooms were small but clean with lots of spots for chargers. They also had a really Good breakfast and nice staff.

The hotel is a little oasis in an otherwise bleak area. The outside of the hotel is rough, but the interiors seem to be recently renovated. The walls and doors are thin as we heard the fourth of July parade going down the hall at 7am. We did not use any public spaces, so I can't speak to any of that. I asked for a slightly later checkout but they said "because of the holiday (Independence Day) they could not." I found this hard to believe as it's a ghost town here.

The front deck staff were very polite and professional. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar along with a pool and fitness center. Full buffet breakfast with omelette station is available for $15 daily. Rooms are well appointed with ample seating, lighting and very clean. Nice experience in a small town!

We were so happy with the check-in process, our room was ready three hours early. Room was clean and the staff is very friendly. Easy walk to the national comedy center and the Lucy Desi Museum. Restaurant has a great menu and live entertainment.

This is a clean, quiet, and mostly updated facility. The best mixture of affordability and comfort in Chautauqua County.

We love staying here when we are in town! The hotel is always clean, the staff is always friendly and the amenities make the night worth it! We loved cooling off in the pool after after ice cream at Pinecone Creamery down the street and ended our nice evening with our complimentary cookies that we adore! Thank you for always going above and beyond with kindness, cleanliness and superior service!

The Double Tree Hilton Jamestown has clean rooms and common areas. I visited the on-site restaurant for continental breakfast and selections were fresh and/or freshly made. I visited the fitness center and happy there was elliptical machine as well as treadmills and bikes. The beds and pillows are comfy. The property seems to be well-managed. Thank you.
