I have stayed in this property during my visit to Vaishno Devi. I must say that the hotel gives you a sense of world class hospitality. Ishmeet the lobby ambassador is very welcoming and sounds very professional. Hotel is clean and live upto the reputation of the brand. The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect order. Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly ***agement who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I have stayed in this hotel for two times. The rooms for single occupancy and double occupancy are spacious with all amenities as they mention The exclusive about this hotel is the world cuisine restaurant which provides a delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of varieties with a good taste. It’s must a try. Polite hotel and restaurant staffs with immediate attention and also a great hospitality. The roof top swimming pool though of 2 feet depth but it provides a beautiful spot to witness sunset at eve. Overall it’s a wonderful stay experience and next time I would prefer staying in this hotel whenever I visit jammu
