Very bad experiences at grand inn, the rooms were not cleaned, the bedsheets were dirty, the dustbins were dirty, the gyzer didn't work, parking was full of garbage( beer bottles and other plastic waste, and there was very little parking.

Hotel Grand Inn is situated near to the Jammu Railway Station. The location is easily accesible. The staff is really good. There is in-house parking in Basement. Rooms are spacious with an air conditioner. Toilets were clean with hot water available. For a short stay/enroute stay this hotel is really good in Jammu. #Jammu #J&K #HotelsinJammu #hotels

The service of hotel is worst. I asked for sandwich at 10. 30pm and i received that at 11. 45pm. 1hr 15 min. For sandwich. I called reception at 8pm on 17th april that tv is not working kindly send someone to see. They send the person next day 8pm.

The room service orders were messed up all the time .. less professionalism. Repeated the order couple of times as i wanted but git the same thing what they have … if they dont have option to customize they they should ask upfront
