Le Roi Jammu - Near Jammu Railway Station

If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the Manager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on demand only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and manageable.

No difference between delux and exicutive rooms, only room size different. Rest are okay. Best benifit only hotel is walkin distance. No tea cattle provide at room. Service are little slow. Need some improvement. Bus yaar aur kya ab apna resume likhu yaha

Bad bad bad service, they are taking advantage of tourists because its close to the jammu tavi station, and everyone prefer to stay there. Room service very bad, i ordered vej pulav they charged me 285 rs for vej and quantity was not satisfactory, quantity was less than a half.

Hotel's location is an advantage, but the staff is very casual. But commercial vehicles are not allowed to come near station vicinity where the hotel is so one needs to carry luggage far for 300mtrs to board any means of transportation.

Firstly, the room was not very clean and tidy; i even saw cockroaches in my room, and the sofa was dusty. While the corridor was clean, the rooms were lacking in cleanliness. Moreover, the tv offered only 10 channels, making it difficult to watch specific programs like cricket matches. Additionally, the staff at the reception counter was quite rude, despite these issues, the location is excellent, being very close to the railway station, providing that benefit. However, improvements are needed in staff behavior, room cleanliness, tv offerings, and other aspects.

Location is very perfect. Breakfast is good staff are polite and helping nature. Lift facility is good etc
