The location mentioned is totally fake. It says 800 meters to jammu tawi railway station. Looking this i booked but it was 3. 4 kms away from there. The bathroom doors were broken and also taps in the bathroom.

The good positive points first. A. Wi fi was available and we made use of it. B. The receptionist was a pleasant person and helpful. The negative points now. A. The ventilation was horrible, it was suffocating, the whole hotel is a closed airtight box. B. The hotel has a very low physical profile, and could be easily missed by a visitor. C. No food, not even tea and refreshments can be arranged, we had go quite far for them. D. The hotel cannot arrange any type of transport, not even an autorickshaw. E. Location wise very good. But untidy hotel. Rooms have cigrette smell and soiled towels. Food is not readily available.
