The condition of the rooms and hotel premises was pathetic. Blankets and bedsheets were not clean. Rooms were smelling. Exhaust in washrooms were not working. The prices are not at all worth the experience i had. Anyone booking this hotel should definitely look for some other option.

Its a terrible hotel. We asked for a room inspection before check-in. When we got in the room, we were greeted with cockroaches on the floor as well as the wall. Damp wall inside the room with water seepage and all over the lobby. 'terrible' is the understatement. It was so bad that we left the hotel and booked another hotel and stayed there. We did not mind losing our booking amount with this hotel.

Worst experience of my life. Even if somehow you are able to get room here for free, my advice is don't take. Rooms are smelly, untidy and staff is impolite. It's not a hotel it is more like a public toilet with a bed.

The hotel location is 1km from jammu tawi railway station, the rooms are fine but the geysers did not work. The hotel did not provide basic medicines. There are couple of dhabas near to the hotel. We had to switch from family room to 2 separate rooms since geyser was not working and they tried 30 minutes to fix it also. Geyser was not working in one of the separate room also. Alcohol is allowed in the hotel and many people avail that benefit. Good hotel for a bachelor but not recommended for a family.

When we have paid for two rooms and having landed at the hotel after 1400 hours, we expect two rooms to be allotted. Two business travellers means two rooms but we were forced in to one big room with two double beds and share the only washroom available.
