Since all the rooms are situated in1st, 2nd, 3rd floor so it is some difficult for senior citizen, otherwise overall experience was good.

Everything is pathetic from the amenities, services, ambiance and food. Zero star ⭐ from my side. The only positive point was its location which is near Raghunath Temple. PS: Also, don't fall for 5 stars reviews posted by many travellers. They just give 15% off on the food bills if travellers post good reviews & those posted must have accepted 15% off. Otherwise, no sane traveller will rate this hotel experience as 5 star. The first room offered was stinking a lot. We raised an issue on which they gave room on the upper level which was still stinky but bearable. The room was not maintained at all. The wall had patches and POP work on the part of the roof already fallen. A ventilation vent was covered with a small piece of curtain as AC was installed and that vent was not actually required anymore. Furniture was broken including the almirah. Overall it does not deserve to be rated any higher than ZERO !!

The hotel room was entirely different from what was shown. The amenities were inadequate, the air conditioner wasn’t working, the washroom had a strong odor, and the floor was poorly cleaned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Excellent experience during the stay, staff is very supportive and owner is also very kind nature. They provide full facilities while staying, very good behavior,cleanliness. In short, very nice hotel in this price range🤩😍
