The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect order. Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly ***agement who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. ZONE, By The Park, is a centrally located hotel, 500 meters from the Jammu Railway Station. Clean and neat, the staff was very helpful and efficient. I really liked the delicious Kashmiri food: Nadru, Kashmiri dum aloo, dal makhani, etc. I would really like to thank the Chef who definitely created wonderful cuisine. I have stayed in other good hotels in J&K, but I can definitely say, the food and service are 'The BEST' in this hotel, ZONE By The Park. I met the General ***ager Mr.Prateek Acharya who was extremely courteous and gave us tips on food and sightseeing. After meeting Mr.Prateek, I tried the Kashmiri food; believe me, it was just wonderful. Moreover, Mr.Deepak in the transportation and the front office staff was very helpful. Great place to stay in Jammu.
