Rooms are extremely small, ac cooling is poor, all sealed up windows which means no natural ventilation. Very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Also there are no smoking rooms, feels like i am in some school, not a hotel. I ordered chinese thali for in-room dining but all the recipes were so sour, could barely eat any dish. Likewise when i ordered fish curry, extremely small pieces were served. Overall an average but pocket friendly hotel, with near and clean ambience.

Overall experience was very good. Appreciate support from Mr Sanjeet and Vikram. Special thanks to Deepak - house keeping staff. Recommend restaurant timing to more wide like start from 6am and provide pack options. May try to keep more varieties in rests.

Don't know where to start with rooms are very small
they don't have hand towels they take extra for a dental kit or shaving kit. Food was ok. Asked for a smoking room where they didn't have an ashtray or match box even in the reception they don't have it. Asked me to get it from outside. Not worth the price.

Their is no service provided by the hotel staffs. You have run after them for basic things like ordering food, any accessories or water needed. Very disappointed with the casual behaviour of the staffs

Rumana Madam service was excellent Vikram Sir was polite and humble. They both were always available on my request. They arranged the room especially in the weeding season when it was not available. Thankful to them , they made my trip joyful and easy
