"UrlaubsAlbtraum durch mangelnde Hygiene! Unsere erhoffte Erholung endete abrupt mit einer heftigen Magen-Darm-Erkrankung.Ich mustte im Centro Medico ärtzlich behandelt werden. Leider war ich nicht der Einzige. Trotz dieser offensichtlichen Probleme wurde von seiten des Hotels wenig unternommen. Unsere Beschwerden wurden ignoriert und unsere Fragen blieben unbeantwortet. Ein solches Verhalten ist inakzeptabel! Wir sind tief enttäuscht und werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr buchen."Zudem war es in der Hotelanlage bedingt durch Animation zum Teil laut,man konnte keine Ruhe finden.

Fantásticas vacaciones. Es nuestra 2a vez en Fuerteventura, el año pasado estuvimos alojados en el Playa Gaviotas Park, pero este año decidimos alojarnos en el Gaviotas. Hemos disfrutado a tope,Iberostar nunca defrauda,somos clientes de esta cadena hotelera. Todas las comidas fabulosas:almuerzo,comidas,cenas. Animación diaria con múltiples actividades para adultos y niños,tanto en piscinas,shows,dardos,bingo bongo..... Amabilidad y buen hacer de todos los trabajadores de este hotel desde el último nivel hasta dirección. El equipo de animación unos cracks:DENNY,STANO,MERY,ALBA,JOYCE,MARIO....sois la caña!! Camareros ANA(paisana nuestra).ALEX de Burgos, Benjamin,MARTA(De Pontevedra). Para finalizar un saludo MUY,MUY ESPECIAL para ELENA de RRPP,a la que conocíamos de la anterior estancia en el Park,una auténtica profesional con su buen hacer y empatia con los huéspedes. Recomiendo alojarse aquí para unas vacaciones de 10! Repetiremos! Playa por debajo del hotel a na andando,la zona STAR PRESTIGE increíble si vas en pareja. Gracias a todo el equipo de IBEROSTAR WAVES GAVIOTAS por habernos hecho disfrutar de unas vacaciones familiares fantásticas. Seguid así!

Ganz tolles Hotel Super freundliches Personal dass jederzeit hilfsbereit ist. Sehr sauber alles. Das Essen lässt keine wünsche übrig und ist abwechslungsreich. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.. Wir hatten Star Prestige gebucht. Ideal wenn man etwas mehr Ruhe haben möchte. Die Suite war traumhaft und hatte einen schönen Ausblick mit direktem Meerblick.. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Another fantastic holiday at this hotel,our fourth visit. We upgraded to Star Prestige and it was worth it. The infinity pool and separate bar and snack area was fantastic. The staff here are amazing. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary during our stay so I emailed the reception and they arranged for a beautiful bouquet from a local florist to be in our room when we arrived as a surprise for my wife. I had mentioned the actual date of our anniversary but was amazed when they had remembered and dressed the room with rose petals and champagne and chocolates. We have also stayed in the five star next door but we prefer this hotel. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will be back soon

Second time here this year and still rate this hotel very highly. Staff really good and very helpful (Sabrina at reception is a star). Great food choices and the lunch time poolside restaurant is very good if you dont fancy the main buffet. Could fo with a few more premium drinks on the list but still quite good. Enjoyed sufficiently to book up for January again.

Magnifique hôtel, superbement situé au bord de l océan et le long de la balade qui mène à Morro jable. Personnel incroyable ( serviable, toujours aux petits soins pour nous, souriant). Les snacks et les bars sont au top ( petit coup de cœur pour le bar à tapas 😍). Les infrastructures sportives sont géniales également.

Wir waren schon viele Male bei Iberostar zu Gast. Im Wave Gaviotas schon mind. 6 Mal Das Hotel wird fortlaufend verbessert. Essen ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels gut. Preis- Leistung ist aber in den letzten Jahren (Inflation) schon zunehmend eine Herausforderung, wenn man zu viert fährt. Eigentlich wären 4 bis 5 Sterne angemessen, aber aufgrund von Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten meiner Frau wären genauere Angaben bei den Essensauszeichnungen sehr hilfreich. Hier besteht Potential nach oben. QR Codes auf dennSchildern könnten da sehr helfen. Allerdings ist mir ganz häufig unklar, welches Schild zu welcher Speise gehört. Pfeile oder vorne / hinten könnten auch hier leicht Abhilfe schaffen. Dieses Jahr haben wir leider ein weiteres Problem mit einem benachbarten Zimmer. Dort wird auf dem Balkon den ganzen Tag geraucht ( schon vor 06:00 Uhr ), Vom Husten sprechen wir garnicht erst. Da wir Gene bei offener Terassentür schlafen, ist das echt ärgerlich. Eine Anfrage an die Rezeption über die Iberostar App (wird hier stark beworben) wurde auch nach mehr als 12 Stunden nicht beantwortet. Insofern ist mir unklar, ob Rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt ist. Da keine Aschenbecher angeboten werden, würde ich das tendenziell verneinen. Wie gesagt, insgesamt ein tolles sauberes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal und gutem Essen.
