Alles Top vom Personal , die Sauberkeit und das Essen. Es war für jeden was dabei. Riesige Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Jeden Abend eine Show in der Bar. MAGIER oder Liede Musik.Kommen bestimmt wieder.Der Pool war sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend. Sie sprechen alle deutsch. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

War mit einer Freundin eine Woche im September in diesem schönen Hotel. Zimmer mit Blick auf Pool und Meer. Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Einkaufsmeile in der Nähe. Riesen Auswahl an Liegen auf verschiedenen Ebenen. War wunderbar. Das Buffet hatte täglich Fisch und Fleisch. Einfach alles geboten, so auch Kuchen, Patisserie, Obst etc. Die Anlage war picobello. Zimmer modern, trendig eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption Uli/Ulrike und Angelo...Danke Fazit: Viele Gäste die immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

En resumen la experiencia fue muy buena, la hospitalidad, la amabilidad y la atención por parte de los empleados superaron mis expectativas. La habitación era inmejorable, muy limpia, acogedora y muy moderna. Las vistas desde la habitación eran esplendidas. Disponen de buffet para las tres comidas, una gran variedad de comida. Las únicas pegas es que la piscina es pequeña y para las fechas que fuimos habían muchos niños, por lo tanto nos daban con las pelotas de goma o con pataditas, habían siempre niños juagando en el jacuzzi por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar mucho del jacuzzi, pero bueno, el resto fue una muy buena experiencia.

Enttäuschend!nicht wieder! Wir haben 1DZ Standard gebucht mit der bitte uns das Zimmer am EG anzubieten,das mein Mann gehbehindert ist.Wir waren schon 8 mal in diesem Hotel, immer am EG. Diesmal haben uns ein Zimmer in UG ( Keller) und uns gesagt hat das die billigen Standard Zimmer alle in UG sind was am EG und rüber liegt sind als Zimmer mit seitlicher Meerblick oder mit Meerblick eingestuft. Unser Zimmer hatte nur Restaurant und Poolblick, trotzdem müssten wir ein UPGRADE von 15€ pro Tag bezahlen. Es gab zu wenige Sonnnenschirme am Pool, die Getränke gepeitscht , das Essen kantinenmässig . Unfreundliche und unzufriedene Personal.

A very beautiful hotel complex with lots of palm trees and nice evening lighting. We had a room on the 4th floor with a view of the pool, the street and the sea in the back. A great view. The staff were really super nice, Pepe at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The food was very varied and there was enough for everyone. Fish and meat were freshly grilled every day, Mamado behind the grill was super nice. You could get drinks at the bar behind the pool and lie comfortably on the chairs or loungers in the back area. The loungers were pretty new by the way and everything in the complex is very clean and well looked after. We had a great room, modernly furnished with a barrier-free shower and nice trendy sinks. The proximity to the beach and the shopping area is of course perfect. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes and enjoy the beautiful light sand and the clean sea. Conclusion: there are many guests who book this hotel again and again and are happy to come back. We liked it a lot.

Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir ins Buganvilla. Wenn man Missstände sucht, findet man sicher überall welche. Grundsätzlich aber stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, hat aber in der letzten Zeit stark nachgelassen. Der Hotelleitung sind anscheinend eigene Vorgaben egal geworden. Sie scheint sich vor der Verantwortung zu drücken den vielen anderen Gästen gegenüber, die sich an die Vorgaben halten. Die Herren kommen teilweise in kurzen Sporthosen und Badeschlappen zum Abendessen (lange Hosen sind vorgeschrieben) und auf den Balkonen wird fleißig geraucht, obwohl Rauchverbot ist. Spricht nicht mehr sehr fürs Hotel...
