Food was very good anservice also very good specily ram bhai and murar manager satyaveer singh we are very regular visit there this place is my fabrate and ambence also supeb rest all excellent thanks again all jardin team.keep it up .........

The hotel is cute, colorful and super clean. The location would be great if it would not be that noisy. Nearby cafes on the plaza play super loud colombian music every day from about 4pm to pass midnight. The staff of the hotel is doing the minimum and is not cooperative, nor flexible. But all in all it is still a good value place to stay as it is really cheap.

Excelente servicio y muy agradable para ir en familia. Muy buena ubicación en el pueblo. Cerca de los sitios de interés y es un hotel limpio y muy bien organizado. Lo mejor es que es petfriendly. Yo llevé las mascotas y me fue bien con ellas. Los precios son razonables. Cerca al hotel está la basiquila y hay parqueaderos cerca y son economícos.

Loved my stay here! It is a very cute hotel, clean, nicely decorated. For such a great price, my private room was perfect. This is also in a great location right in the middle of the main plaza. Also has a nice balcony that I enjoyed sitting on working.
Only downside is that it is right next to a few bars that can get very loud at night, so if you're trying to get some sleep that may be hard especially on weekends or on holidays. However, I am a heavy sleeper so that didn't bother me. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Ok hotel. Very nice staff members. Its centrally located with a lot of shopping and eating very close. The room was ok, but no window. That always bothers me! Also there is SO MUCH noise from outside, the streets and the nightlife. If you want a party spot this may be it! If you want a nice relaxing peaceful trip to Jardin than no, this is not the spot.

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Perfect location! It's a little loud because it's on the town plaza, but that made for great people watching on the balcony. Very simple, rugged spot but the view and decor made the three hour bus ride worth it. Also the staff had great recs for things to do (we went horse back riding!) and it was nice to be so close to all the bars and restaurants in the square.

chambres sans fenetres, ni sur patio, ni balcon
pas de petit déjeuner proposé
le récetionniste se plaint du problème récurent d'annonce erronnée avec les sites de réservation

Ante todo Jardin es hermosa ! El hotel es Estupendo muy bien ubicado,limpio, con un estilo muy tradicional “ pero “ IMPOSIBLE descansar durante todo el día , entre el campanario toda la noche , el ruido de los bares y las motos ratón , imposible relajarse , una pena pero no volvería a un hotel cerca de la plaza principal .

The property is beautiful and traditional. This location is close to everything you need. However, I do have 1 concern. I paid for a Superior Room which details show a large room with balcony and 1 double bed. Upon arrival, check in was easy and the receptionist was friendly. However, I was not given the room I paid for. I was given a much smaller room on the main floor in the rear of the building that looks like a standard room. I informed the receptionist about my concern and I was told that the main rooms upstairs were sold out for the day. So do I get a partial refund if I was given a room that costs less than what I paid for?
