The moment we stepped into the room a flock of flyers welcomed us! We killed a dozen of them at least. Then there’s the terrible smell inside the room and I don’t want to open the door to get more flies. The sofa looks so dirty with grease stains I don’t want to sit in…I don’t mind old furnitures but I want a clean room I can relax…I don’t know how it got 4 out of 5 in reviews! The bathtub is also in terrible condition …

Improvements continue to be made in what was a very old motel. A plus for this one is that there are TWO bathrooms as well as two bedrooms, and a complete kitchen. No air-conditioning, and we could only get warm water, not hot. There are fans provided to help with hot days. Lighting is poor. No dressers, so perhaps not good for extended stays.
