Regarding the window size of the deluxe room, we understand that the window may not have met your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that all of our deluxe rooms have standard-sized windows, which provide either a city view or a sea view. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the window size, but we can assure you that the windows are designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We also apologize for not giving you the option to choose between a city view and a sea view upon check-in. We understand that this was an oversight on our part, and we will make sure to improve our communication and check-in process in the future.
