Such a lovely hotel, the lobby interior and the decoration were like a Royal Palace. Very nice furniture, reception area. The Restaurant is so spacious, good set up. Neo Gading solo is one of the new Aston group hotels in Solo. The hotel is quite small, and the location is on a corner, access is rather difficult because you have to cross a red light. Parking is also not much, only about 10 cars. Fast check-in process. There is a welcome drink infused water. The 1st floor contains the lobby, restaurant and meeting room. There are 2 lifts, one passenger lift and one service lift. The corridor was quite narrow because when there was a HK trolley, my stroller could not pass, I had to carry + fold the stroller. The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, clean, the Wifi is fast, the TV is very clear and there is a Google nest in the room to replace the phone. There is a kettle. For drinking water, a dispenser is provided in the corridor and we can take it using the one provided in the room. Honeymoon requests are provided with art towels, fruit platters and greetings on TV. Amazed because even though it was 2 stars but it was approved for the request. The room area is sufficient for a 2 star class, unfortunately the bathroom in the shower section is rather narrow (only 1 meter). Because it's still new, the mattresses and pillows are soft, sleep well, the sheets and covers are clean without stains. The amenities in the bathroom are standard, there is a hairdryer and a dispenser for shampoo soap. Towels are provided 2 towels + 4 towels made of art towels. The breakfast is decent for 2 stars, there are cakes, spiku, plain bread, salad, fresh fruit, infused water and orange juice, chicken porridge, chicken soup, coffee tea, omelette, white rice, fried noodles, mustard greens, fish, potatoes. The taste is quite suitable on the tongue even though the variants are limited.

One hour and a half taking a train from Jogja to solo seeing my partner after a few months in a distance because of the pandemic situation. The air was so hot, but we suddenly arrive at this hotel with all of the safe introduction of hand sanitizer, distance, life touch, and the other stuff for this new normal. all of the staff there were so kind that makes us feel comfortable enough. That vibes in the room make me have a good conversation after a long time distance. The pillow and bed were so soft, kindly make a coffee and tea for our day easily in here, and also absolutely the bathroom and all of the stUff that smells so good. You know what the best part here? Right. Seeing a view of Surakarta from their window.

Am wondering why so many people have to complain while and the same time they forgot about what they paid. Absolute value for money. Stayed for 5 days and changed room 3 times. After first room switch TV didn't work but was solved swiftly. Super friendly staff. After day 2 they welcomed me as an old friend. Comfy bed, clean towels, TV with all channels one might need, simple but tasty breakfast. Take the price in mind, and you cannot wish any better!
