The room wasn’t good enough so I changed it in the next day and wasn’t easy to change though, the second room had a problem with the Air Condition so I changed it again, the final room had a problems with the door, you cannot open it by yourself, you need someone who has a master key to open it and the electricity goes down everyday, you need to reactivate the key card.

Pathetic service, give only one towel, the staff is not trained and the doors are not locked properly.the system was not working made us wait for an hour .

New room with clean room, bed, & aminities and also fully support front office staffs

Door cant be locked, electricity goes off, hot water doesn’t work. Bed is never cleaned, it’s one of the worst places to ever stay in Jeddah.

It was hard to use because of the difference between Japanese shampoo and hotel shampoo, but other than that it was good. It was difficult because messages were not read and many people could not speak English.

Comfortable, spacious rooms & there is a family room.

On the first day I was placed in a standard room, which unfortunately did not have a window, but the next day I was placed in a suite with two rooms, both rooms were clean and comfortable, in general the hotel is new and not bad for this price, I would even say Very good

The worst stay in this hotel. The front desk staff didn't speak English, the room was not cleaned, and the quilt covers and sheets were not very clean. It was really terrible.
