I came on time of check in unfortunately my room wasn’t ready and I waited on lobby more than 1 hour without any progress and after that time manager finally came and give me other room , also I got surprised they have a renovation!! and was very noisy while I booked the hotel thru Trip.com they didn’t notice me about that !!

A perfect stay. The service at the front desk is very good. The hotel has a comfortable environment and complete supporting facilities. It is less than ten minutes away from the largest red sea mall in Jeddah. The beach is right outside. Hotel breakfast is also great
