The room facilities are old, there is no hot water supply, and the hygiene is poor. After staying for one night, I changed hotels and asked for a refund of the last two nights' accommodation fee

At the time of booking it was mentioned that breakfast was included, however this was not the case and we had to pay an extra 30SR for breakfast each day. Staff was friendly and helpful and it was in a convenient location for me.

The price-quality ratio is acceptable, friendly staff, during check-in they didn’t receive an email about payment for the room, but they still checked me in, thanks to the reception administration
