Its five stars hotel but still need some services . There is impolite staff working with bad moody make a visitor feel like he was coming by free anyway i like the buliding and enjoy with breakfast .

Rubbish. So far, I have stayed at the most rubbish Sheraton. The front desk staff is not service-oriented at all. Their attitude is simply infuriating. When I checked in, I was arranged a room facing a trash can. They said that Ctrip only provides such rooms. I did not accept it. I was willing to pay extra to upgrade the room. It was too late on the same day. They said they would change my room the next day. But when I went to the front desk the next day, they acted as if nothing had happened and said that I would wait for the manager to call me. But no one gave me any news at night. I went to the front desk again and they said they couldn't get through to me. Speechless. I gave up. It has been 2 nights. I know **** sometimes The room card will be deactivated. I specifically asked if this room card can be used. He said of course it can be used with great contempt. As a result, I couldn't even get into the elevator, so I went back to find him. When I got to the front desk, he told me that it was because I put the card together with my phone. I let it go and believed it. A frequent guest at the Sheraton Jeddah, I have always been impressed by the genuine hospitality, and extremely friendly, courteous and helpful frontline staff. Led by Samaher and Mohammed in the front office; to Maria and her breakfast team in the Feast restaurant; to Bernardo and colleagues at the bell desk, the family-like environment always makes it a pleasant and welcoming stay. On one occasion, I needed late night medication. Instead of guiding me to the nearest pharmacy, duty supervisor Samaher, without hesitation, drove me to the closest store. Customer service/excellence call it whatever. Amazing. Rooms clean and spacious. Downside: The fitness centre needs an overhaul, especially the Steam Room closed for 12 months 'due to a parts problem' I am told. Difficult to accept. And frequently I have to chase Marriott for Bonvoy points to be credited. So operationally, need to raise the bar. Overall, however, a big thumbs up. Fully recommend a stay if you're looking to be treated well - Updesh (UK)

Service is deceiving no empathy and no trust. Very slow checkin and no coordination with Booking app. We had a very deceiving experience. We regret it ! That was an issue of recognizing our reservation made in Booking app not showing on Sheraton system and it has delayed a lot our checkin with no empathy from supervisor after our long flight and late checkin. Instead the Sheraton supervisor was advising us against Booking app. We had experienced a deceiving experience and a very late check-in.

One of the best Hotel with Awesome location and Services, I would like to thank the reception Team specially Marwan and Abdulrahman and restaurant team specially Ruel, Bonifacio and Maria for their exceptional service during my stays at Sheraton Jeddah. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive service during meals, every interaction was a delight. The reception team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any inquiries promptly. The restaurant team provided excellent recommendations and made dining a pleasure with their friendly demeanor and delicious cuisine. Thank you for making my stay truly enjoyable.

Staff are very accommodating most especially Maria. She is very helpful to the guest. Excellent. Sheraton hotel is my favorite staycation everytime im in jeddah i always visit sheraton.Food breakfast is excellent and cleaned.thanks to Roel for my coffee.Ambiance in tropical garden is amazing i enjoyed my time sitting during my breakfast.

Highly recommended Sheraton Jeddah hotel for gathering specially with Feast Team in breakfast hours Maria,Sarah,Roel,Jake,chef buboy,Leo,Khairul,Arun they always look after beyond of good service with my Greek Team every Friday.

Shocked to know this was 5 star as it doesn’t live up to its rating. When I checked in, they seemed indifferent and borderline rude when I had to keep going back repeatedly as my room key wouldn’t work. The rooms were somewhat dated, amenities not there, they didn’t have enough towel replacements, etc. The hotel felt far from luxurious and what I would expect. The location was perfect and convenient, walking distance to the pier and nearby cafe. The cleaning and room service staff were absolutely pleasant, as was the staff helping with luggage. Unfortunately the desk staff could have been better.
