One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras. Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

Shower 🚿 just dripping Bcz tap very old , Resturant eggs smell till lobby and no one care about from administration, Honest say I was thinking I am at no star hotel from everything

Nice hotel in a nice area. The place needs renovation and they are working on it. Good value for money and very good breakfast.

I was surprised that this hotel belongs to Accor group. This is very below than Accor standard. We booked King size bed room, but it was just a double bed. When Asked at the reception they said, it is their king size. Breakfast was below the standard. never recommend to any one.

During my recent stay, I noticed that none of the receptionists spoke English, which was unexpected given that I was staying at a Mercure hotel.

Not impressed since check-in and booked a suite room but were given a normal room and told us it was okay and would get another room. We reserved a 2-bedroom suite. We refused so we went to protest at the new counter and got a suite room. come At the end of the day of checking out from the hotel, the staff did not help. It's okay if you don't carry your luggage. There probably won't be a next time here.

I booked and paid in advance. big problem coming as I checked in hotel people who said NO ROOM asked me to stay another hotel ... how come ?????? I also want to complain Trip.com what's protection to guest who is booking is surely confirm ALL are no problem when I arrive to hotel????? I go for business trip many mant times it's first time to let me disappointed and terrible. Please refer to above complain to let me know details. otherwise I don't book hotel via Trip.com in the future

Very nice hotel, 15mins walk to the Cornish, cozy and clean with very good staff, especially Mr. Mohammad Ali who was really kind and helpful.. We'll definitely book this hotel again if we have the chance to visit Jeddah again
