The hotel a bit old , kindly upgrade with new furnishing but this room space is spacious and the location is strategic

It's too old hotel.. The chair and table are not good condition.. Its very hard to work on laptop

Also the security and hotel staff were very supportive and smiling, the breakfast was excellent .

Bad services ! Especially the front desk team! The girl who looked Like a guy is So rude! They dont have respect for the guest. The way she talk is totally unacceptable! Please avoid this hotel if you are business traveller.

The location is very good, everything is good with the hotel, will stay again for next visit.

Not bad, this is the hotel that my bosses and colleagues consider first when they go on business trip to Jeddah.

The facilities are old. The corners are not clean. The bathtub does not drain quickly when taking a shower. Sometimes there is a strange smell in the room. The service is average. I asked for slippers but no response all night.

The bedding is very familiar and I slept very comfortably! The decoration of the hotel is a bit old but it is very clean and the breakfast waiter was very nice! There is a shopping mall and a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping!

I tried to stay for a few days first. The service and breakfast were good. The downstairs is also more convenient. There are Chinese restaurants around, so I chose to extend my stay. In addition, the price is attractive in the same area. It is worth recommending.
