Great hotel and fantastic location. Really worth the stars and especially because of the people that work here! Joel, Emon and Naeem are the stars of this hotel. They make you smile everyday, take good care of you and make you feel home! Definitely will come back!

This hotel has been refurbished since our last trip here and is exceptional to say the least . Recalling the dated older Elaf Red Sea mall , this hotel is beautifully renovated with modern decor and excellent accommodation. We will always come back here ! Special mention to the most amazing concierge who has been here for many many years ! Mr Joel is an asset to Joudyan ! His efficient and exemplary service are phenomenal. He also has a complement of colleagues who do the hotel proud. They make sure to go above and beyond in assisting guests with any query they may have . We will definitely be back to visit Joel and his team again soon. Small mention regarding the booking system which apparently does not differentiate between sea view and normal city view rooms . We paid for sea view rooms initially and were not allocated them however we had three consecutive stays during a period of two weeks which we then rectified by rebooking the rooms as normal rooms as the system did not differentiate sea view to normal rooms . Please ask IT to rectify this

We had a fantastic experience at Joudyan Jeddah Red Sea Mall, from reservation to check-in and check-out. Rawabi Alshehri's hospitality expertise and cheerful personality elevated our stay to a new level. Joudyan is my favorite hotel in Jeddah because of its location, staff, and other amenities like a swimming pool and spa.

My first impression was positive because of the big smile the welcome you with, you feel they are already knowing you and the staff truly lovely and very supportive. Nesreen and Hala on the reception are very nice. The room is one of the cleanest room I see in 5 stars Hotels. The location the best location in the city because of the Red Sea Mall and close from the airport and all activities. The small details in the room makes me happy like the high quality of the Shampoo and Body gel The lighting in the room is balanced and comfortable The design of the room is very good The air conditioning system is excellent I will book this hotel in the future .
