Hotel is good in an excellent location.

Good Stay Good Vibes

The room is spacious and clean, and the standardized chain services are very cost-effective. There is a commercial street, cafes and restaurants nearby, and it is not far from the airport. However, it is a certain distance from the Old Town of Ballard and the Fountain of the King, and is not in the center of the most popular tourist area.

The hotel is very good. The room is really big. There are two toilets and a living room. It is a very new hotel and is quite good. The front desk is also very nice. Every waiter is very nice and there are many places to eat around! see you later

The room is very nice. There is a washing machine inside. It is very quiet when sleeping.

The hotel is very new, the room is very clean, and it is equipped with a Midea washing machine, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is also good. There are restaurants and a very large supermarket on the road outside.

The apartment hotel is fully equipped with washing machines, kitchen utensils, etc. Five-star new hotel highly recommended to stay. A large fountain can be seen outside the window. The service is very good and you can store your luggage. The location is also good. Recommended to stay.

The hotel equipment is so bad that it took three days to repair something. Several sockets were out of power and the smell was very strong. The person who answered the phone at reception was also very unprofessional. The only good thing is that Manfuj is a nice person and even lent me money because the taxi couldn't find any money. Really great people. There was another guy whose name I forgot, who was also very nice. Give me money in exchange. The manager of the restaurant was also very nice and cooked noodles for us.

Apart from the facilities, rooms being very modern, clean and with a great interior design that incorporates a little of the old Jeddah in its art, the core of the success of this property is their staff, how genuine, warm and professional they are. They have made our stay (me and my mom's) memorable, with especial mention to the team in the restaurant: Farhanah,Madhuri, Kirsty, Lhoys, Ellen, not to mention their managers and Chefs who make their best efforts everyday to have their guests happy and well taken care of. They truly made us feel at home. The warm smiles from the front office team and housekeeping , plus Jubayer always being a helping hand.

All was good, except for the shower area in the bathroom. There's not a step that prevents the shower water to come out into the whole bathroom, which created a mess every time taking a shower.

My recent stay at Sw iss Living Jeddah was the worst service I have ever received from any hotel we booked a two room suite a aesthetically it all looks great until you use the showers that pressure comes and goes water goes from hot to cold whilst showering basic cleanliness and hygiene alot to ve desired A basic request to get non feather linen on my three day stay was unable to be met instead I had the manager arguing with me that the feather pillows given to us are not feather their is definitely a lack of communication and quality control as well lack of good management please if you thinking of booking Swiss Living Jeddah don't try the Hilton Jeddah amazing and customer service is amazing you wont get a rude obnoxious general manager trying to arguing his teams incompetence My advice is to stay away from this hotel to avoid disappointment I definitely will not visit this one star establishment
