I've been a Choice Privileges member for over 10 years now, and usually find that a Choice Hotel gives you a pretty good value for what you pay. We've been to several places this summer, and once in a while you find something that doesn't always work the way you expect it to when you arrive at your hotel. This place topped them all..... First, let me say the room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, and the noise level was acceptable for a multi-story building. However, we couldn't believe how many things were broken or out-of-order. When we checked in, we usually need a luggage cart. This place only has one, and it's way past it's prime. One of the upright posts was broken completely off the platform. You couldn't push the cart with both hands, because the post wasn't connected to anything. You had to wrestle the cart into the elevator by just pushing the left side only. Needless to say this was an adventure trying to steer it down the hallway! When we got to the room it was quite warm. We figured the A/C had been turned up because they hadn't needed that room for a couple of days. So we turned down the thermostat and when out to dinner. When we got back it was definitely cooler, so we unpacked and settled in for the night. However, it wasn't long before we noticed that the A/C unit had stopped blowing cold air. Adjusting the thermostat didn't do anything. The front desk said there was no maintenance man available at that hour, and he was the only one there. For the rest of the night the air conditioning alternated between cool air and warm air. The faucet in the bathroom sink was a single-handle type. When you pulled up on the handle, not only did water come out of the spout into the bowl, but also leaked everywhere on the top of the sink. Then when you pushed it down to stop the flow, it didn't. The faucet continued to leak. You had to wiggle the handle up and down to find the exact spot that the water would stop. The ice machine on our floor had a sign "out-of-order". You had to go down to the first floor to find one that worked. In the morning, the one and only elevator was going through a maintenance check, so it was temporarily"out-of-order". The breakfast was fair, but the juice machine was labeled "out-of-order". While we were finishing breakfast, a couple came down to have breakfast as well. The guy put a couple of slices of toast into the toaster and went over to get other things, not realizing the toaster was broken. It never popped up, the toast started to burn, and it promptly set off the entire building's fire alarm system. (extremely loud!!) We joined the rest of the guests in the parking lot waiting for the fire department to show up and quiet the noise. At that point we said enough is enough, and got out of there as fast as we could.

Room was clean, but a bit on the worn side. The breakfast was basic. It did have some hot food and waffles, but the juice machine was out of order. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay in a clean room and a convenient location, then this will fit the bill.

We just needed a place to sleep for a couple nights on our way to Nashville, so we weren’t concerned with amenities. The positives: the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. On the other side, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, as was the soda machine and juice machine on the main floor. They put out cranberry juice and water in a pitcher for breakfast. Breakfast only went until 9:00 on weekdays, but it was decent enough. My husband called down to the front desk with a question, and NOBODY answered; no voicemail or anything. When he went down to the front desk, the clerk was watching something on tv, We asked for a couple of extra pillows one evening, because they seem to be going with the tiny pillows so many hotels are switching to. They were never brought to the room. My husband went down to ask for them and he did have them. He just couldn’t be bothered to bring them to us. The worst thing was when I went to take a shower. I waited about 10 minutes as the water slooooowly went from cold to tepid, then back to cold, then back to tepid. I thought that was as good as it was going to get, so I jumped in for a quick 10 minutes. Interestingly enough, my husband was able to get some hot water after I was out. So I guess I should’ve waited 20 minutes. The first day, we kept our “Do not disturb” sign on the door, as we didn’t need anything. The second morning, we removed the sign so the room would be cleaned . The cleaners were on our floor at the time we left. When we came back in the evening, the room had not been cleaned at all. All in all, a disappointing stay. I could overlook things not functioning, except when it comes to showers. Not getting hot water is not acceptable.

Have been staying at this location for 12 years. Staff is very friendly. Last year it appeared run down. This year worse. Our room had broken furniture, musty smell, broken TV remote. Dirty carpeting. Slippery floor in bathroom. Torn carpet. White "mold" on the bed frames. Hallways had worn out carpeting. Back hotel door was broken. Breakfast food looked like powdered eggs. Apple Juice was watered down. This hotel was our "go to" hotel at least twice a year for the last twelve years. Now, very disappointed. We will not return until it is remodeled.

This hotel is fairly modern, in a good location that is accessible by medium trucks, but not really for long Semi-trucks.
In a lot of ways this facility has typical Sleep Inn styling but it is very average in its condition and attention to detail.

The size of the room seems smaller/shorter than normal. The water was great, HVAC was quiet, but the floors seem ‘thinner’ than normal, and although there is a ‘Hot’ breakfast, all that was offered was your typical chopped eggs, the most unappealing sausage patties (that fortunately taste much better than they look), and the iconic waffle maker. (In addition to the usual continental crap)
On the 1st day of our 3 day stay they had the Blueberry and regular batter mixed up/incorrectly labeled. I didn’t have the courage to eat anything from down there (the rest of the family did) until the last day when I tried to make half a waffle at 0930 on a Saturday morning and they batter was empty and nobody had refilled anything at 0945 when I left.
You’ll also probably never see anyone at the front desk unless someone is checking in.

The room was clean enough and the rate for what we received was good. It does have a refrigerator and freezer and microwave, but a relatively small TV. The stay was okay, I was just disappointed at the lack of attention to details I expect from the Sleep Inns I stay at.

Have been staying at this hotel for over a decade. First the "bad". The hotel is getting a little run down. It probably needs an upgrade like new carpets and things of that nature. However, the rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and courteous. Breakfast selection is good, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, breads and bagels. WiFi works well. It is within a two minute drive of many restaurants. It is our first choice of a hotel when visiting that area.

+ The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. It was quiet and the breakfast was very good. _ Upon check in, no information was given such as breakfast time, or where things were at. It was just take your money and there you go. Clerk could have done a lot better
