Fairfield Inn & Suites Washington Court House Jeffersonville

The sheets were dirty, shower clearly not cleaned for months, the floors hadn’t been swept. Women standing around talking about inappropriate things. I’d NEVER spend another penny to stay there again.

Check-in was easy and employee was friendly. Room was clean, quiet and stayed cool all night. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was honestly better than expected. I had waffles with bacon and my daughter had granola and fruit. We had no issues or complaints and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn recently. It was clean, had great beds, and was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast bar. We would stay there again if we should be in the area.

This is a great place to stay! Their staff is very kind and helpful and we even found a note to us from two staff members who cleaned our room,it wished us a great stay. Thanks!

Very clean, convenience, off highway

The two people that helped me in the evening were very polite and friendly. My door scanner for the keycard broke, it took 45 minutes or so to get me back in my room, then I couldn’t leave and re-enter with a card. I had to prop my door open to get back in when I went down for breakfast the next morning. Not awesome. There was a dried used washcloth on the shower head and breakfast was fine, but not great. Other than that, it was clean and the people were nice. No offer of a different room or discount.

There were gluten free udis muffins in the breakfast area. More hotels should be doing this. All Marriott’s should be doing this. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We had an easy check in and check out.

NO WAY. They are attempting to charge me $150.00 “smoke free environment fee” Here’s the problem. We checked in at 9:30pm Fri.2/02/22. After taking our things to the room, we went outside to smoke for 20mins“ON CAMERA” then we came in and went to bed. Upon waking at 7:30am Sat.2/03/22 we got coffee and went outside again to smoke “ON CAMERA” Went out a few more times then checked out at 10:45. The camera will show that I did not even smoke in the vehicle I drove to the hotel in as I do not smoke in my vehicle “ON CAMERA”( parked by the entrance) if I do not smoke in my vehicle I wouldn’t smoke in a non smoking hotel. SERIOUSLY I CANT BELIEVE THIS CHARGE. I roll my own cigarettes and may have left remnants of tobacco. I put a cigarette butt in a Pepsi can and threw it away in the hotel room trash can. YOU CAN NOT CHARGE ME FOR EITHER OF THOSE THINGS. I did not smoke in the hotel room. This is very upsetting and ready to take this attempted $150.00 charge as far as I need to go! Be aware of something like this happening to you here!!! Fraudulent charges to increase revenue. And, I believe that they do this hoping that we do not catch the extra charge and that they get away with it. We enjoyed our overnight stay on our way to Texas. The hotel lobby and room were very clean and smelled fresh upon entering. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning which was delicious and family-friendly. Brook and Sharla the attendant were so pleasant and very helpful. Thank you so much!
