Occupied a three bedroom unit (Tamarak) in North Side Community. Appreciated access to the pool and hot tub that is dedicated to North Side condos. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Great for our group of eight as we had a family reunion. Gas fireplace and lots of TV’s. Unit is a bit worn…challenge to regulate the heat,light attached to the fan flickered in the ensuite and some wallpaper was torn from the other bathroom wall. Walls are paper thin. Mattress on King Size bed was bumpy. Great location and our unit had views of the hills. Many hikes within half an hour.

It was very bad right off the bat because the front desk worker refused to check in my friends since I forgot to get them a guest certificate. I offered to put a credit card down so they could hold any amount of money to guarantee that RCI would send it the next morning, which RCI did, but he still refused after they drove 6 hours with, 5 kids and then we had to find another hotel before midnight, even though we had already paid for smugglers notch!

We stayed in Villmarksauna Condos. They seemed to be the oldest of the units on site. They were dated, but a nicely sized room, clean and nestled in the mountain. A patio to enjoy the mountain views, a fireplace and a full kitchen. The resort is in a beautiful area. We were off season, early November, so we did not use any of the resort facilities, as all restaurants were closed and no skiing yet. We enjoyed the surrounding area.

We came in on the off season unfortunately we didn’t get to really enjoy the full amenities that they offer. No restaurants were open. If we wanted to get food we’d have to go into town. The fun zone was only opened for small kids. But overall the scenery was beautiful and it was really peaceful. Next time I’ll come when I’m the winter or the summer.

Room was everything we needed, clean with the exception of the curtains above the blinds which desperately need to be dusted and the tv stand in the en suite could also use a good dusting. Comfortable beds, not a lot of noise from anywhere else. We enjoyed our stay opted for a 3 bedroom so we each had our own space which worked out perfectly for our needs. Would have also liked a couple chairs on the balcony so we could have enjoyed the cool weather.

Great resort. All the employee's are wonderful to talk with. We had some lights that didn't work and the maintenance electrician did a quick job of getting them back on. The rooms were clean and in great condition. Although it was fall the grounds were in good condition.

Standard hotel maintenance needed, but nut infringing on stay. Living room clock radio time buttons worn-out, need replacement. Dinning chandelier bulbs flicker after being on for a time, and or dimmed. Possibly non dimming bulbs causing the problem. Shades in sliders in need of attention TV remote & changeling is very confusing. More info needed to assist in what apps are available or not. Bathroom vanity low, tub needs replacement with rusted drain, wall caulking separation, and inner shower curtain stain at the bottom. Kitchen faucet leaks at handle when fully open, and sprayer hose guard is loose from installation.

We were at Smugglers Notch Resort last week. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and even experienced our first snow of the season. Mickey was very helpful to us, helping to provide an easily accessible unit for us when we arrived. The kitchen was very well stocked, and everything was perfect. We are definitely planning to return!
