Show booking and easy to check in. They only work from 6am till 12am after that no one around at the counter. They don’t know how to speak English. Near by hotel there is Burger King, McDonald’s and a few restaurants. Quite a good place. And from hotel to airport is just 10 mins away.

Very clean, new and rather spacious hotel. Just opposite a Macdonald’s and short walk to EMart and bus stops. One thing is that - we booked a room for 3 pax but only 2 towels were given. When we requested for one more + shower gel, was told the room/housekeeping was not available until the next morning. Will be great if this can be improved on!

Great location, many food options around & the hotel room is spacious!

Went back again on the last leg of our vacation as this is close to the airport. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. However, the kids tent seems a little dirty and the toilet smells a little though bearable.

Bad customer service. Can speak Chinese but want to speak Korean

One thing to say is that it's cheap, but I didn't see a single smiling face from the staff. I feel that they are proud and look down on Chinese people. I don't know where they get their sense of superiority. Don’t go to Jeju Island anymore. In terms of hygiene: there are hairs on the towels and dirt in the kettle.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel in so many years. The toilet is moldy and dirty, there is dirt everywhere, the floor is extremely dirty, the air conditioner is loud, the lights are still bright even if the lights are turned on, and there is no service. I will give you some water and towels as usual in the afternoon. Sorry, I rang the doorbell two consecutive mornings, the worst time was around 9am! ! ! ! After five days of hard work, I finally ended my stay at this hotel.

I chose this hotel among more than a dozen alternative hotels. It did not disappoint. It was an unexpected surprise. I stayed here for 7 days and it was really comfortable. There are many convenience stores around the hotel. The decoration of the hotel is novel, very clean, complete facilities, and the room is large. , there are many power sockets, USB interfaces, no need for converters, a bathtub, and a huge bathroom (the shower door is not exposed to the rain at the back door). The toilet seat is smart, the sink is also large, and there is a refrigerator.

If you don't have any requirements for the environment, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The location is very convenient and cheap. However, the rooms have no windows. The ones marked with windows are also very small and have poor equipment.

The location is good, just opposite the Grand Hyatt. Just take a taxi or something and show the driver the location of Grand Hyatt. Many convenience stores nearby. The price/performance ratio is pretty good. Recommended. Although there are buses nearby. But taking a taxi is undoubtedly the best option.

The room is generally clean. The hotel does not provide disposable slippers and toiletries. Although I am used to bringing my own toiletries, I did not expect that disposable slippers are not provided. There is a disposable toiletries vending machine in the lobby on the first floor. If you can add disposables Slippers, this will be much more convenient for those in need. The air conditioner is very loud and has a lot of air volume, but it is really recommended to install a wind deflector. It is very uncomfortable to be blown into the room at night. The location is okay, opposite EMART and Grand Hyatt Hotel. However, the cleaning only involves changing garbage bags, replenishing soap, and making beds. There is no daily replacement. Compared with domestic hotels of the same price range, it is a bit manageable. However, I don’t know if the ceiling spray in the bathroom shower is a decoration. Only the shower can be used, not the ceiling spray.

It's clean and the location is great. There are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The location is good for the price and hygiene. I'll definitely visit again next time.

I didn't want to find it because the entrance was on an inner road. No disposable items, just two bottles of water Although my wife was completely clean. Not good value for money compared to other nearby areas
