Show booking and easy to check in. They only work from 6am till 12am after that no one around at the counter. They don’t know how to speak English. Near by hotel there is Burger King, McDonald’s and a few restaurants. Quite a good place. And from hotel to airport is just 10 mins away.

Very clean, new and rather spacious hotel. Just opposite a Macdonald’s and short walk to EMart and bus stops. One thing is that - we booked a room for 3 pax but only 2 towels were given. When we requested for one more + shower gel, was told the room/housekeeping was not available until the next morning. Will be great if this can be improved on!

Great location, many food options around & the hotel room is spacious!

Went back again on the last leg of our vacation as this is close to the airport. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. However, the kids tent seems a little dirty and the toilet smells a little though bearable.

Bad customer service. Can speak Chinese but want to speak Korean

It feels a bit like a motel. There are many areas where the cleaning and facility management are lacking, and the staff service is also a bit lacking. Honestly, I have no intention of visiting again.

It was a big surprise when I booked this hotel. I booked it because it was convenient and I didn't think about the need for services. Anyway, I just wanted to go back and sleep at night. Two days before the trip, the Amber Center Hotel, a chain hotel chain of Amber Hotels, was exposed to the incident of sexual assault of a Chinese female tourist. Unfortunately, the hotel could not withdraw, so I had to bite the bullet and check in. When I arrived, I found that the hotel might be ashamed of itself, so it changed its name overnight. , deduct Amber (omitting 10,000 here hahaha), and I clearly booked a double bed room, but there was an extra small bed in the room for no reason. It was not convenient at all and took up my space. There are not even bath towels in the bathroom, only four towels. The daily room service is to give me four more towels. I don’t know if it was like this before or after the incident. The guest house aunts have resigned, right? I opened Ctrip and found that this hotel was no longer available for reservations. It was probably closed. The most exaggerated thing was that the air conditioner in the room didn't work. I went to the front desk to find it. The waiter's attitude was very bad. I spoke to him in English and simple Korean, but he kept talking. After replying to me in Korean, I took him back to the hotel room to check the air conditioner. At that time, my companion happened to be using the bathroom and didn't open the door in time, so I asked him to wait at the door for 30 seconds. He was very impatient and said in Korean, hurry up, hurry up. I really want to curse 🤬 Finally, I added the ridiculous name tag that was taken away and the Grand Hyatt opposite. I’d rather stay at the Grand Hyatt next time***

One thing to say is that it's cheap, but I didn't see a single smiling face from the staff. I feel that they are proud and look down on Chinese people. I don't know where they get their sense of superiority. Don’t go to Jeju Island anymore. In terms of hygiene: there are hairs on the towels and dirt in the kettle.

The cleaning lady came in and complained that it was difficult to collect the garbage. She thought there was too much garbage (we had sorted it all and the trash cans were not full). The attitude of the front desk staff was mixed. The two young ones were quite nice. In the end When we left one day, the older front desk kept talking loudly to us and chased us away. Really bad attitude

I stayed in this hotel last year and booked this one again this year. Although there are no services, the location is very convenient and quite quiet.

Not bad, not a huge flaw. The surrounding area is convenient for eating and drinking, and the duty-free shop is very close.

The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. There is a lady at the front desk who can speak Chinese.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel in so many years. The toilet is moldy and dirty, there is dirt everywhere, the floor is extremely dirty, the air conditioner is loud, the lights are still bright even if the lights are turned on, and there is no service. I will give you some water and towels as usual in the afternoon. Sorry, I rang the doorbell two consecutive mornings, the worst time was around 9am! ! ! ! After five days of hard work, I finally ended my stay at this hotel.
