Great location at the heart of new Jeju. Big, clean, comfortable rooms. Professional and friendly service on reception. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeju city.

Good location

The environment is very good, clean and sanitary, and the location is very convenient. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to Shilla Duty Free Shop. There is BBQ fried chicken opposite the hotel. It is also very close to BHC, which takes only five minutes to walk. The convenience stores downstairs are very close, so it is very convenient to buy things. Note: The plugs here in Korea are round with two holes. I will post pictures of the sockets for reference

Stayed for 4 consecutive nights and was generally satisfied. The surrounding environment is convenient and close to Grand Hyatt Hotel. The hotel facilities are acceptable, the hygiene is very good and the service is very good!

The hotel is great. The front desk staff can speak Chinese, and the aunt who cleans the room can speak Chinese. I look forward to going here again next time. It is close to the city center and there are many shopping malls and supermarkets nearby.

The location is very good, right behind Jeju Dream Tower, a 2-minute walk away. Next to it is Jeju Emart, and there are many public bus stops around. It takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi to the airport for W$6,000. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. There is a small lobby and the counter staff are polite. It's a very good stay experience.

The fire happened when I checked into the hotel that afternoon. I fell and injured my arm and fingers when evacuating. The band-aid and disinfectant I bought for 6,000 won were only given to me after I asked the boss. The boss didn't care about anything else. This is too much of a disregard for consumers. The boss of this store is too bad. No one can avoid the accident. The attitude you take after the accident depends on your attitude. It's too bad. I have to be careful when staying at this store in the future. The attitude of handling things is too bad!!! 100 bad reviews!!!

The location is good, near E-Mart, and not far from Shilla Duty Free Shop in the opposite direction. No one cleaned the room after staying for 2 nights. Water was placed at the door when needed. The quilt was a bit low-end, and there was a water dispenser in the aisle. You had to pack your own garbage and put it at the door, but no one collected it. The uncle at the service desk nodded when entering and leaving, which was quite polite. When I left the hotel, I asked the service desk to help me call a taxi, which was quite friendly. In short, the price-performance ratio is good~

This is relatively okay. There are many restaurants nearby. But they are not very delicious. Convenience stores are everywhere. Actually, they are very average. I don’t recommend staying here. Well, it’s convenient to join a tour group. The location is near the city center. It’s half an hour’s walk from the airport.
