Best Western Jeju Hotel Reviews

It is a spacious hotel room. Facilities are great with sufficient space to do packing. Surrounding area is great to walk around and do some shopping.

The location is close to the airport, and there are plenty of great local restaurants behind the hotel. There's also a convenience store right next door that sells a wider variety of food and items than most convenience stores in Korea, which is really nice. The front desk staff weren't very friendly, but the maids on each floor were extremely kind and always greeted me with a smile. The parking entrance is very narrow, making it difficult to get in and out.

This is really nice hotel too stay at. The environment is pretty nice, a lot of store are near by such as E-mart and restaurants, especially convenience store downstairs.

Good place in the heart of the city, glad to pick this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the city center, very convenient to walk around and find some food. There are no additional pillows for the guest. That is so pathetic. 4-star hotel should have prepared for this.

The location is good. The room of the size is spacious. Just that amenities are a bit limited. But overall good to stay.

Centrally located with ample of parking lots. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and spacious. There is a starbucks at the lobby and a convenience store right beside the hotel. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy stay in Jeju.

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff. And close to airport

This is a great and cheap place to stay if you want to stay in Jeju-si or are needing to go to the airport the next day. While they don’t do a shuttle to the airport it’s a quick taxi to the airport. The staff were nice and accommodating and there was a business center for us to print off tickets, etc. also, the Starbucks is nice!

Good location, helpful staff, closed to town, and many restaurants and shops nearby, recommend to any people

Not bad, however, there is a smell in the whole building. I didn’t know where it came from.
