Very average hotel with a bit of age too it. I felt like it was a bit much for the price. Overall not bad though.

The walls are very thin, people talking along the walkway can be heard clearly, thus it was noisy. The water tape was not functioning well, too tight, hard to turn.

We booked two double bed rooms. In order to take care of the elderly, we noted on the order that we wanted rooms on the same floor and close to each other. After communication, one of the rooms was changed to a twin bed room, and then we were all arranged on the 7th floor, but the two rooms were still quite far apart. When we checked in, we found that the double bed room was actually not suitable for the elderly, because the threshold of the bathroom was very high, and the elderly had to pay special attention to entering and exiting the bathroom. Moreover, the room was very small, which was very different from the photos on Ctrip. There was no chair, only a small footstool, and the mirror light in the bathroom was broken, which made the bathroom very dim, and there was no countertop to put a toothbrush cup properly. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 8:30, which means that for people who have just arrived in Jeju Island, they have to eat breakfast before 7:30 in the morning (China time). The breakfast is also simple and there are quite a lot of people. The only thing that makes people satisfied with the hotel is the airport pick-up service. I added the Chinese customer service WeChat in advance and created a group on the day of departure. The airport pick-up process was very smooth, and the driver helped with the luggage. The service was very good.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The staff is warm and thoughtful. I woke up in the morning and saw that the weather was good. I wanted to go to Udo Island. I asked the Chinese customer service of the hotel about the bus route. It takes 2 hours to take the bus to Seongsan Port. It is recommended that we take a taxi to Udo Island. The normal taxi from the hotel to Udo Pier is about 50,000 won. The Chinese customer service helped to call only 35,000 won. It was a cost-saving and happy day. Udo Island is really beautiful [grin]

I wanted to give a full five-star rating, but when I checked out on the last day, another receptionist who didn't speak Chinese was there. This uncle left me with an unfriendly impression. The room facilities are pretty good and clean, and the environment is good. The big shower head seems to have not been used for a long time and looks a bit dirty. There is a lot of dust accumulated inside the hair dryer. Other than that, everything is pretty good.
