The Oakra Hotel is just in the Jeju city, around 3 kms from the airport, 10 minutes by taxi. Also very close to Nuwemaru market and it’s just on the road where you can find a bus station to get take buses for get around the island. There’s no reception at the hotel, you have to check in via machine and you can’t check in before 3 pm. At the reception hall there’s a sitting arrangement where you can wait or relax, there’s a coffee machine also which is free to use. The rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

The single hotel room looks decent given its low price. The room is also spacious. However, bed bugs were found on my bed and I could not make any room rearrangements due to the closure of the reception after 11pm. The staff I contacted the next morning was friendly and checked the bed immediately after I checked out.

Near lotte duty free mall. Ideal location, closed to the airport & there’s a cute little cat outside. 😸

The hotel was clean and tidy , very convenient for the places we needed to visit , only a short journey from the airport

Rooms are clean, people are nice. The only thing is that AC could be cleaner inside. But overall, good hotel for this money.

I have stayed here many times, but this time the experience was very bad. Both pillows were dirty. One of them was stained and not washed, which is understandable. When I communicated with the customer service lady, she said I could change it at first, but I needed to wait for an hour or two. It is true that my store was late, which is understandable. Then she told me that it was not possible. There was no one at the moment, and I couldn't change rooms. The bedside socket was broken, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and they didn't reply to WeChat communication, which made me very angry.

It's convenient because it's just a short walk from the second stop on the airport limousine bus. When the front desk is unmanned, you can check in using the automatic check-in machine. They also have Japanese, so it's easy. There's no problem finding food around the hotel.

The location is good. You can check in directly with the machine when you arrive, and the staff will assist you. But the hotel itself is not very good. There is a strong smell of fresh air in the room, and the room is stuffy and the hygiene is average. Overall, it is not recommended. (The picture is not a photo of the room

I was very satisfied with the hotel during the whole stay. The price-performance ratio is very high. Check-in and check-out are all self-service. The process is very smooth. If there is any problem, you can find someone at the self-service machine. The need for a plug conversion is also perfectly solved. You can also add the staff on WeChat. There is a self-service supermarket and free coffee at the entrance. The room is spacious and the luggage can be fully spread out

The attitude of the waiter who picked up the room at 3pm was nice, the location was good, it was clean and simple, and there was no one to help when we checked out at 11pm, so we probably couldn’t store our luggage. It was very suitable for a person.

The room is clean and has a main door + entrance door structure. You don't have to worry about moisture and heat preservation in the bathroom. You have to take off your shoes when entering the room, but the floor is very clean, which is good! There is a free coffee machine and Starbucks available downstairs, and the lobby staff can use WeChat to communicate without language barriers. I requested a quiet room on a high floor in advance and the hotel responded quickly. It was a great experience. It is convenient to travel nearby, and there are many good restaurant streets about 100-200 meters away. The main road behind the hotel is the bus station. It is a 14-minute drive from the airport, so you don't have to worry about time when you go out. There is YTO Express downstairs of the hotel. If you don’t want to be slaughtered by the dark Spring Airlines, just express it╮(￣⊿￣)╭!
