It was great place in the center of the city near by bus stop to airport, although it was not too clean room quality was good and service was great. Some places was was not clean enough for example sink had a hair and the towels as well

This is the second time I came here with my bestie. The first time was in 2019. At that time, it was called Jeju Hotel. This time, I didn’t expect that it was renamed Tongcheng Hotel. We two girls in the room were scared and dared not make a sound. Are the hotel staff all deaf? It is strongly recommended that girls do not stay in this hotel when traveling alone! This hotel has poor sound insulation, the air conditioner is noisy, and the water is slow. It really can't be compared with the time when I came in 2019. I will never stay in this hotel again when I come to Jeju Island in the future!
