The room was clean but the host was super rude! After checked in the room, we went out to visit the city, and backed to the hotel in the evening, and we explored that the floor was so hot, enough to burn our feet. I called the host and she said we touched the heater. I tried to tell her that we didn’t touch it since she told us not to do that before. But she still kept yelling that we did touch it and gave us really impolite attitude. I had nothing to say anymore with Korean people. People here are so rude everywhere and rejected to help every time we asked for directions. I think I never want to go again this country for traveling anymore.

Semi-self-catering apartment, card entry, city view room, very close to the airport.

The boss is very beautiful, speaks Chinese very well, is warm and polite. The hotel is very close to the seaside and has a separate washing machine. It's a great travel experience!

I was traveling with my children and booked this apartment hotel next to Ximen Market. The room is very new and clean, with microwave, induction cooker and pots and pans. The bedding is also very soft. The lady boss can speak Chinese and communication is very easy. We arrived at three o'clock in the afternoon and took us to Ximen Market to eat roasted black pork. We bought meat from the butcher shop in picture 2 and took it to the restaurant opposite for processing. The egg soup in the restaurant was delicious. I also had the sashimi set meal at Ximen Aquatic Products in Picture 1, which was fresh and exquisite and very cost-effective. I also bought fried chicken at Ximen Market, which was served with soothing kimchi and radish. It rained on the last day, so I went out to play with the hotel's umbrella. The strong wind broke one umbrella, but the landlady said it was fine. I will stay here again next time I come to Jeju Island.

The apartment is very clean, and the staff is friendly, but there are no bath towels, they only provide 2 small ones, there is no bedside table and reading light, there is no power outlet on one side of the bed, the mattress is not very comfortable, it was not possible to have a second pillow, the washing machine is brand new and the service is convenient, the location is a 15 minute walk from the center and the market where you can enjoy street food

During my several-day stay this time, I met three different receptionists (one male and two female). Although two of them didn’t seem to understand Chinese and English (maybe I’m not good at English myself, so they couldn’t understand), but there was one The girls can speak Chinese, so communication is no problem. Even though there was a bit of misunderstanding in the initial communication, I could feel the service enthusiasm of the three of them and they were very willing to help solve the problem. I booked a room with a sofa bed for two adults and one child. When I arrived, I found that children were charged on site (later I found out that it was indeed written on the trip website that there may be charges. But then why did I book a triple room?), and the sofa bed was also not available. To collect money. Later, I reported to trip customer service and the on-site staff assisted in issuing an on-site fee certificate for the sofa bed and assisted in changing the room to a room with a sofa bed. Trip customer service assisted in applying for a refund, and I received the money the next day after returning to Taiwan, which was very efficient. The room is fully equipped, including basic tableware, and there is no problem buying ingredients for cooking, just like at home. The location is also good, just one minute downstairs to the entrance of Ximen Market. It is about five minutes away from Guandeok Pavilion and the central market underground street. It has its own parking space (before parking, the staff will ask about the time of departure the next day to facilitate the arrangement of parking spaces and avoid being affected by other vehicles when going out). There is a garbage station at the door (the garbage must be sorted). If you continue to stay and do not clean it, use ordinary plastic bags to put garbage in. When you go out, leave it at the door of the room, and the service staff will help you dispose of the garbage. Bag the used bath towels and the staff will refill the mineral water and replace them with new towels. Anyway, I think I will choose to stay at Ximen Apartment Hotel for a few days next time I go to Jeju.

The room is large, the facilities are complete and new, hygienic and safe, the surrounding facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient, there are bus lines to all major attractions, the service is good, and all the requested problems can be properly solved.

Everything was good, but the owner's service attitude was very bad. He asked us to pay extra for the two children we brought with us. One child was 15,000 won a day. I was speechless. He said that because there was no note for the other two children, what was the point of the family room? Was it just to take advantage of people's surprise to rip us off? The clerk and the owner took turns to come to our room to ask for money. They were aggressive. They also arranged the wrong room for us. We clearly booked a family room, but the room with a big bed was arranged. I don't know how much the price difference was. They said that we had to contact Ctrip customer service to not add the child's fee. We went back to buy food at 9 o'clock, but they made a lot of trouble before we ate it at 11 o'clock. It was all cold. I was speechless! Everyone should take this as a warning, don't let them rip you off invisibly. It is said that all hotels in Korea are like this, they will charge more money. I was drunk, too.

The room was very clean, the stay was very comfortable, and the service was very good. They even helped me get a taxi. I had a great time staying there.

First of all, I booked a sea view room, but I couldn't see the sea from both windows. Because the room price was relatively cheap, I didn't want to worry about it. Secondly, we arrived at the hotel late after our trip and had already washed ourselves, only to find that the sheets were dirty and there were hairs on the pillows and sheets. We contacted the store at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night to no avail. The store we contacted through Ctrip rushed to our room within half an hour, changed the sheets, and gave us drinks. The attitude of the store is indeed very good, but the cleanliness is really average. Since it is an apartment hotel, the front desk is only staffed after 2 pm. If I arrive early, is it possible to apply for early check-in? I have asked Ctrip about this, and Ctrip said that it can be done. Early check-in is 50 yuan per hour, but it is not possible. It can only be said to be a very ordinary B&B. If you don’t have high requirements for environmental services, you can choose it. 

Very clean and friendly. I think it's a good place not only for couples but also with friends.

The room is very nice. An aunt comes to clean it every day. There is also a cute dog in the management office on the first floor!

It's a good place to stay in Jeju for a month. It was very convenient as there was a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator with freezing function, and table for 4 people.
