Eastern Court 22 by Sanguine

We spent more than 35 mins to check in this place due to no available free parking in this apartment on first night. The staff doesn’t wanna to talk in call, so we have to talk with the security for 10 - 15 mins. Then we tried to contact the staff again, he suggested us to park outside 8 mins by walking. So we have to walk with luggages in the night time. The bad part, the water hose was leaking.

I call they not reply or response, not really recommended

the hotel is closed, when we got there there were no place to stay

Owner last minute didn't inform can't stay

I booked a 3 rooms apartment, but was given a 2 rooms apartment. The apartment owner/agent is not responsive, replay late and never answer my calls, no point giving phone number for check in arrangements. Sometime reply me in WhatsApp, sometime reply in SMS, very confusing. In the Instructions given from the landlord, I was given a car park (parking lot number 146) but it was occupied by some other car. Luckily the car owner has leave the contact number on the deskboard, I get to know form the car owner, she also get the instruction from the apartment owner with the same parking slot. I tried to call the landlord a few times, but the owner to answer my call. There is no way to find a parking around this area and I parked my car more than 1 km away from the apartment. The facilities in the apartment are old, not as shown on the booking page. A glass door is broken and an electric socket is loosen, this is dangerous for kids. Extremely bad experience staying in this apartment.

🏨🏨🏨🏨🏨 HDB Homestay, got 1 parking, exterior building got little maintenance, new lift, clean. House is just nice. Good for short stay. Windy at 10th floor. Only 1 old aircond is noisy

**Eastern Court 22: A Hidden Gem** My stay at Eastern Court 22 was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. I especially loved the delicious breakfast and the rooftop pool. Can't wait to visit again!
