Jeonju Signature Hotel & Residence Reviews

Good location with 5 mins walk to train station. We can do daily laundry. 7-11 store in same building level 1 so was super convenient to get food or necessities especially during raining or cold weather. Good food at hotel restaurant too.

Exceptional friendly, helpful staff, great size room, comfortable bed. Washing machine was a bonus. Directly opposite the train station and easy access to buses to get to local attractions.

The location is good as it is just approx. 3 mins' walk from Jeonju Station. There is a bus stop around 1-2 mins' walk away which will get one closer to Jeonju Hanok Village. The room is huge and clean. However, didn't really like the fact that there is no shower curtain separating the bath tub and the toilet bowl/ washing basin area.

This appears to be a new hotel. Everything is clean and emmaculate. There is even a washing machine in your room with many TV channels and Netflix. It is a budget hotel, so we didn't expect a lot, but it was comfortable and relaxing.

The location is very good. You can reach it just across the street after exiting the station. There are many bus lines downstairs and it is a Jeonju community. Apartment-style equipment, also comes with a washing machine + dryer, very convenient The front desk staff are also quite polite~

There was nothing lacking, from the parking lot to the indoor facilities. And there were various restaurants, convenience stores, and screen golf in the building~ During my 5 nights and 6 days stay, I was able to enjoy hobbies outside of work and even tour Jeonju~ I will definitely make a reservation next time.

I often go to Jeonju. However, I really dislike the accommodations that are assigned to me every time I go on a business trip, so this time I decided on a place that had good reviews, location, and other factors. I happened to have an acquaintance from Japan, so the three of us decided to stay in each room. It was so quiet and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Now I can go to Jeonju every time without any worries, and my friends who stayed with me also said that they had a great rest. I also received a discount on breakfast, and I felt like I was treated well, as if I was receiving a birthday present at home. I am satisfied in every way. thank you It's a pity that I couldn't take a picture of the room. Next time, I'll go and take a picture of it. Highly recommended♡♡

Near the train station, a little far from the Hanok Village. Bus*** is available. There is a washing machine in the room

It is an officetel disguised as a hotel. The front desk recommends breakfast at a single room, but never apply for it. The menu is too absurd for the price. Never choose.. I regret it... Also, the ice pack was kept frozen upon check-in, but there was an absurd situation where the front desk staff kept it refrigerated. Staff training is needed... It is absurd to say that ice packs, or frozen packs, were stored in the refrigerator. I won't make a reservation again..

The hotel is very clean and the soundproofing is good. Although it is located in a busy area, the view is beautiful. However, the check-in process was delayed. I went with a 10.6 year old child.

It is located just a stone's throw away from Jeonju Station, so transportation accessibility is excellent. It is located within a 10-minute drive from tourist attractions such as Jeonju Hanok Village, so accessibility to tourist attractions is excellent! Breakfast, lunch, a cafe, a convenience store, and even a screen golf course in the building! A new hotel opening in 2023 suitable for both business and leisure travelers!

The location, cleanliness, and friendliness were all great without any flaws~

It was new, very clean, and very conveniently located near the station. I would like to use it again.
