Water from previous customer left in kettle before I opened. Staff took kid to play at front desk all the times. Staff told me take suitcase to trunk room by myself. Soap dispenser was broken. Double bed is a lie, they are single bed that put together.

The location is good. I stayed several nights because it was cheap, everything else was fine, but the cleanliness of the bedding was shocking; I didn't look to see, but I covered myself with the blanket and moved it a few times, and the blanket came off... So I tried to put it back, and then I discovered... The bedding also smelled. In particular, the pillow looks like trash...it doesn't have any fluff and it's really floppy, so it only hurts my neck more. It's better not to use it.

You can walk to Hanok Village. There are many restaurants and clothing stores right in front.

I've used several lodging establishments, but this is the first time I've encountered such a worst case scenario. The name is apt, Jeonju Tourist Hotel, but the parking lot was so small that you couldn't park your car, the room was smaller than a motel and could barely fit two small beds, and all the amenities weren't installed properly. In the bathroom, water just flowed out of the sink drain onto the floor, and there was no soap or toilet paper... I just stayed there for a short sleep one night, but the fire alarm suddenly went off in the morning, so I ran out in a hurry, and the female counter staff didn't know what was going on. Just look here and there... In the end, I simply washed my face and checked out. Since Trip.com recommended this type of accommodation, please take responsibility and issue a refund. I recorded a video of the fire alarm going off and the female employee coming downstairs and checking around. Even if you just went to any motel without making a reservation, there are many accommodations with better facilities and cheaper prices. However, I was not only disappointed but felt despair that I had made a reservation in advance by trusting Trip.com and it was only at this level. , I tried to complain to the female employee at the hotel that morning and get a refund, but there was no employee there and the female employee was alone trying to find the cause of the fire alarm, so I just left.

I called to change the room and changed the room for 4 people to 2 rooms for 2 people. They said they raised the price by mistake.

The room was nice because it was able to be quite warm thanks to the floor heating. Classical music is always playing in the hall, and the atmosphere is quite good. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is a bit tiring to walk to Jeonju Hanok Village.

It was great to walk around Hanok Village, Gaeksa-gil, and Movie Street. The facility itself was old, but clean and sufficient for a stay while traveling.

It's called a hotel, but it's a very old motel-like facility, so I was disappointed and won't go there again. In particular, the bathroom is very old and the water cleanliness is questionable. However, it was nice that the surrounding environment and the market were close.

The facilities are old, but the lobby is spacious and the rooms are spacious. Although the hygiene is a bit disappointing, the location is good and although it is old, it is well maintained and is a good tourist hotel for families. (It feels like the Gyeongseong era.) It’s much better than the photo!

Convenient transportation in the city center

There was a washlet in the toilet, but it was a pity that it could not be used. The room was a little old.

There is no place like this for the price/performance ratio. It is the best place to stay in Jeonju for a night's sleep.
