Ótima pousada em Jeri. Instalações novas e bem cuidadas. Café da manhã excelente. Limpeza. E ótima localização. Detalhe super positivo quanto à presteza, educação e vontade de bem atender dos funcionários; não cito o nome de nenhum para não ser injusto, pois todos são merecedores de elogio e agradecimento.

O Hotel é muito bom fica na rua do forro, localização ótima. O quarto amplo limpo cama de solteiro macio travesseiros ótimos, banheiro limpo amplo tem ate capete de crochê só falta um secador de cabelo fixo , mas pode pegar um na recepção. Todos os funcionários muitos educados e solícitos, as porções bem servidas e caprichadas cervejas de todas as marcas e vários drinques! no check in fui muito bem recebida o S.r. Antônio me explicou como era o funcionamento e normas do hotel. O café da manha muito bom!

Gostei de tudo na estrutura do lugar e atendimento dos funcionários. O único ponto de oportunidade fica para o café da manhã. Pelo preço cobrado nas diárias poderia oferecer mais sortimento e sabor nos itens. Além disso, a reposição ficou a desejar, optei por tomar café depois das 9h e sempre estava faltando reposição e apresentação ruim.

O hotel é maravilhoso, porém quero enfatizar que as pessoas que trabalham no empreendimento é que fazem dele tão maravilhoso. Desde a recepção ao pessoal do café, são extremamente simpáticos, cordiais e muito acolhedores! Amei a experiência e quando voltar é para lá que eu vou!!!

De forma geral, o hotel é satisfatório, com atendimento excelente. Os quartos e demais instalações muito boas. O ponto negativo fica por conta da disponibilidade de água quente no chuveiro. Ficamos, pelo menos uns três dias sem água quente no chuveiro.

The property is wonderful and all aspects. The VIP upgrade it’s just not worth it. The room is almost identical, slightly larger entry area in a noisier room or lesser view. Jetted tub is older. Highly recommended Property I stayed here for 10 days. Breakfast is wonderful. All the employees are very nice.
