The location is good, 1~2 minutes away from Path station, and it is a newly built building, so it is clean. The room size is also large.
However, the staff service is really bad. I arrived at the hotel at 2pm, but I waited in the lobby until 4:15pm (check in at 3pm). Other guests were also kept waiting in the lobby, and there was no apology. Since it is usually a family, they gave me a connecting room that my group uses together, so I couldn't sleep late at night because of the noise from the next room, the noise from eating, the noise from the phone, and the noise from the TV. After complaining more than 5 times, they changed my room the next day.
I will never go back. The desk staff are the worst.
