Check in was late. Rooms are spacious and quiet, and good location. Restaurant food can pass on it

Hello, how about I only stayed one night for the reason that the air conditioners did not work and they did not offer me to change rooms and I saw preferential treatment to other clients. The truth is I am very dissatisfied with the hotel. I would never stay there again, it was a bad experience. For my family . And I would like to know if you can offer me a refund because it was something beyond my control.

When I came they gave me twin bed , and my booking was for king size , then I called the guy from the reception and he was super helpful and friendly, he apologized and offer me bigger room , but sadly the bigger room was heater doesn’t working and the room was dirty from people before , I called the reception again and he offered me to change room but I didn’t want because already was late 1:30 Am , I just wanted to sleep after long time flight, so I covered myself with blanket and slept until next day , next day I discovered that the sink leaking water. So problems never end with room , the two reception guys was super friendly and helpful and they offer me to fix and change but anyway I didn’t have time for that, but after all I think the location is perfect and the bed so comfortable, i guess it’s just by chance to have same my problem , Also I be aware of one African American reception guy, he is so rude and he speaks in bad way, I let my baggage at hotel and went out and once I come to pick it up I stayed for about two hours in lobby sofa , seems that he didn’t like that , and start to speak in rude way and very aggressive.

An alternative to hotels in the New York City. It’s well designed and it’s much more quite than the city.

Trendy, unique hotel just steps from PATH subway service to downtown and midtown Manhattan. The room was huge with high ceilings. Highly recommended.

Environment: Overall good, but the room lighting is dim. The bathroom has some smell but is still clean. Service: The front desk is very friendly. Location is very good, very close to the subway station and very convenient.

The room is relatively spacious and hygienic. Some of the pillows are dark. I don't know if it's because they haven't been washed or because of the fabric. There's a layer of dust on the bathroom partition, and two steel clips with different hairs appear inexplicably on the bed....

We booked a room with breakfast included, which was rich and served by waiters. The tip for breakfast per person is about US$5, but you don't have to tip if there is no service.

Although the hotel is in Jersey City, New Jersey, it is across the river from New York. There is a Path light rail station next to the hotel, about 50 meters away, and it goes to Times Square at 33rd Street. It is very convenient! You don't need to take a train to New York. Path is 2.75$/trip. You can swipe your domestic Visa and MasterCard RFID card to enter the station directly. You can swipe your card directly in the New York subway. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there is a public parking lot next to the road. It costs 28$/day. If you go in and out, it will be more than 28$. I paid about 136 US dollars for 4 nights. I took a car once to the nearby Ranch99 Dahua Supermarket. You can buy whatever you want to eat. There are 2 Sichuan restaurants nearby. The environment and taste of Green Pepper are great. The environment of Da Sichuan is average. There are many cheaper prices. Remember to pay in cash for a 95% discount. The boss will not remind you actively.
