The stay at the hotel was enjoyable.
The hotel is centrally located in the city.
There is a view. Breakfast is plentiful.
Just the smell in the bathroom in the room was not good ..

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city.
It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel.
Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly.
Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

We checked in to the hotel for a 2 night weekend stay. We had booked a room with an Old City view. Unfortunately, the view was of another hotel opposite, the First Station and the Mount of Olives. If I leaned out if the window and looked left I could see the Old City. The room was very tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower. The hotel has a shallow indoor lap pool, next to a well equipped gym. There is an outdoor infinity pool on the roof with amazing panoramic views in 3 directions. It gets windy up there and the pool was very cold. There is an indoor meat bar on the roof, which we went to, but left soon after as it was freezing at night. I would recommend improving the heating in there. Breakfast was a very high standard with an excellent selection and high quality. Hot drinks and eggs are served to the table. Dinner on Friday night was the best I'd ever had. There was an extensive selection with very good meats in the carvery. The food was further enhanced by the excellent service by the dining room staff. We also enjoyed treatments in the spa. The spa receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lobby bar serves good cocktails and food. The staff in the hotel are very service oriented, from the room cleaners, to the reception staff (apart from one rude receptionist). Fadi at reception ensured that the guests got the best service and should be commended.

Dead Sea has lost a lot of tourist arrivals after the war in Israel started. Anyway upon check in, the staff kindly upgraded our room to a Premium room with pool view. 2nd floor was fine as we did not need to have a sea view. The resort is so huge, so walking around can take some time, or you can call reception for the buggy to pick you up. The next morning, we were amazed by the buffet spread at breakfast, from freshly baked pastries to eggs to Middle eastern side dishes. There was even sparkling wine wow! The view from the breakfast place was lovely, we could see the circular swimming pool and the Dead Sea in the background. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it had the fresh paint smell as it was recently renovated. The bathtub and shower were good, plus the amenities were special as they were made using Dead sea minerals.
Of course a visit to the Dead Sea is incomplete without visiting the sea itself, we had a great time by the beach. The staff gave us instructions on how to soak in the Dead Sea and also helped me to slather mud on my body. The additional massage on my neck and shoulder areas was really good. We had so much fun here and took many great photos!

the check in process is not clear instructed or at same level as the one in Amman, which cause us some confusion on both parking and luggage delivery to the room.
however the buffet breakfast and dinner are good offered at quality and quantity.
dead sea floating at hotel's area is good experienced in early morning due to less crowd poeple as well as the sea waves.
shower in the room is ok.
sea view at our room s terrace is satisfied.
you may also enjoy quite good sea view at lobby.
the main swimming pool is quite popular during the day.

The room is spacious and clean, the Arabic-style lobby is very stylish and beautiful, there is a private beach leading directly to the Dead Sea, and several different restaurants in the hotel are also very good, especially the Italian restaurant. What a contrast to the Movenpick I visited earlier in my trip at Petra. This was a luxury hotel, the hotel is laid out as a small village ultimately leading down to a private beach on the Dead Sea. Its unique layout means a small map is useful and given on check in. I only stayed 4 nights, but had a lovely room, very well soundproofed, very clean and fitted out to a decent standard. It was a perfect way to spend a few days before returning home. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is impressive. Even days in I was finding new things, like a Jacuzzi right next to my room! The hotel has a few swimming pools. A larger family one, with a bar and closer to the beach a smaller adults only pool. My only downside would be why music has to be constantly at the pools. It did seem a bit over the top. During my stay I also booked the Spa and had a very relaxing massage, the choice was substantial with loads of options. The one I chose was 50 mins for 85 Dinas (£110) and the layout and spec of the spa was one of the best I’ve seen. The hotel food was a mix, in the evenings a choice of Buffett for 26 Dinas (£35) or a trip to the restaurant village which has a Grill, an Italian & a Chinese to pick from. The only issue was eating at the restaurant village they have a band/belly dancer and the volume is so loud it’s impossible to talk to anyone else at the table. It’s a shame as it’s a nice idea, but just so incredibly loud. I found lunches could be a mixed bag too, beach bars seemed a lot of money for the limited menu, but the bar near reception, the Al-Khayyam bar seemed as good as any with a decent choice for about 15 Dinas (£20) Overall I really liked the hotel, it’s somewhere I would return. They are trying to appeal to a large market of families, couples & singles, with cultural differences from Western, Eastern and Arabic guests, so I’d take that into account booking here too.

It was a great pleasure for me to spend my stay here with you. It was just my first experience in ISRAEL. All the hotel service has been truly perfect every time I have asked. And I especially took advantage of your computer at level 10 to do some of my projects which I have come to follow. Thank you very much and see you next time

伍伍The hotel is still good to find, but the picture of the scheduled family suite shows two rooms (Figure 5). After entering, it is a room with two beds (Figure 4). Because the Sabbath arrived, there was no one at the door of the hotel (Figure 3). Figure 12 is the hotel lobby and corridor. Usually very busy at night, walking to the old city is very close, about 10 minutes.
谷谷Great hotel, great choice for breakfast, refined and healthy. The rooms are also beautiful, with large stone buildings, typical of the Jerusalem style. The facilities are very new, 10 minutes walk from the Old City and 10 minutes from the Mamilla Shopping Center. It is especially convenient and worth living.
章章There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.
GGuest UserI stayed here for 22 days because my wife need to attend a conference. Location is very good , near old city. Do easy to have food on sabbatical days. Since a stay for a long period of time, not easy to find a staff to give me the toilet paper. I need to wait until the staff clean up stool next to me and asked him to give me
GGuest UserLocation was excellent, and the room was huge for the two of us. We appreciated having two bathrooms! Staff was always friendly and helpful (such as with directions, restaurant recommendations). We had been ”scammed” by a hacker who took additional payment from us. When the management learned of this, they explained that 5 different hotels had been ”hacked,” and that they had taken exhaustive steps to secure their system. Furthermore, they discounted our room quite significantly so that the effect of the breach was minimized. This was very much appreciated and spoke to their professionalism and humanity! This is not a luxurious property or luxury hotel, but a good value for couples and families, very near Old Jerusalem. Cleaning was adequate but could be improved. Overall: Very positive experience: Excellent location (near Old Jerusalem, restaurants, bars, etc.). Huge room. Pleasant staff with good recommendations. Management responsive to losses due to hackers and to our overall experience. Highly recommended--great value for a non-luxury hotel!
XXIAOHUIThe location of this hotel is very good. But unfortunately, it was done twice in a row, and they all encountered festivals in Jerusalem. A little noisy outside. It seems that there is a bar outside the window, which is a bit late.
MMelody at HushEscapesThis is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.
AAnonymous User- Living area: 12 bed bunk room is quite small and it can be stuffy when we dry our towel and clothes within the room.
- Ventilation: the aircon is good but slightly noisy. The best option is to open the window.
- Shower: clean toilet and shower. Warm water is the best. We need to pay extra for towel, so bring your own towel.
- Food: Breakfast option is simple (bread, bread spreads, cereal, milk, boiled egg), there is a public kitchen where you can cook your own food. Please keep it clean and tidy.
- Service: One of the staff was quite rude/impatient especially when it comes to their Religion and Practices.
- Hangout area: superb, there is an indoor and outdoor hangout spot, a really good place to meet backpackers and make new friends
DdyduchA bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)
