Schönes Hotel, welches leider nur optisch toll ist. Von der Buchung, über den Aufenthalt bis hin zum frühzeitigen Umzug in ein anderes Hotel eine Katastrophe. Sand im Salat, kaltes Essen, kaltes Duschwasser, Heizkörper im Bad defekt, ein Koch der den Gästen gegenüber ungehalten ist, keine Handtücher im Bad, Senfgläser, die schon zu Beginn des Essens leer sind, Bettwäsche in den Gängen, die tagelang rumliegen, Reinigungskräfte, die einfach ins Zimmer kommen, eine Sauna die im Vorgarten steht, wo alle Skifahrer von der Piste zum Parkplatz laufen, diese einsehen können und eine Chefin, die mit begründeten Beschwerden nicht umgehen kann. Es war der schlechteste Hotel-Besuch, den wir erlebt haben. Das war niX.
