Eleganza provided us a home like stay and it had an ample parking and a functional restaurant with scrumptious meals. I liked the experience there. The presidential suite i chose was large enough for a four member family and the toilet was clean.

The location of property is good but general hygiene is a problem. The rooms were not clean and toilet was in bad shape.

The experience was great, food was awesome. I stayed for 2 days. The food is like a 5 star hotel and the rooms are quite big. They provide all the amenities and are very polite and friendly

Corridor and room are full of cigarette smoke/ smell. Hotel staff finds it difficult to greet people with smile. They just put you in some random room without checking for room preference e. I smoking/ non- smoking. Towels are not clean. Door banging to wall from other room will wake you up during night.
