Have arranged Retirement party in JHANSI HOTEL. The arrangement was fantastic. The food was awesome. Service was good. Arrangement done by MR MOHAR SINGH was very good. Mr.Mohar Singh is one of the best Banquet Manager. Keep the good work going ahead

See the food esp breakfast is ok ok. Rioms are quite big and garden is huge. Very good for big groups.

This property has always been my choice while visiting jhansi. I tried other premium hotels there but this one is above all. Every room there is lawn facing. You can sit in there lawn and have a tea. Services are good. Food is good. Above all pickup and drop to the railway station is great. What else do you want!

Overall hotel and rooms good but needs basic requirement such as hot water which was not available till 9 am. The tourists normally check out around 9 and no hot water was available. It is not tolerable

After checkout, reception executive has sent some staff to check in hotel room. This is not acceptable as we have to wait to get a go ahead from him. Jhansi hotel is expecting that guests should not use their towels. Please improve in this aspect as this does not happen anywhere in india
