We were regular customers during lockdown for food from Bishnu palace. As the lockdown started easing, the food quality started deteriorating because of rush or whatever reason - so much that oke day we got stale fried rice that was smelling badly. So we went back to Bishnu palace to return the whole box. Not the manager or the general manager were apologetic and the excuse they gave was we are humans and mistakes are bound to happen. Seriously? For food and medicines no level of mistakes are okay. We can accept tasteless food but not poor quality smelling food that can have serious health implications.

Located at best of Jharsuguda reached easily from Bus Stand (0.5KM), Railway Station (1.5KM) and Airport (5KM). Spacious with ample movement parking and rooms moderately sized. Bar and Restaurant well equipped. The staffs are very courteous and friendly to assist anytime. Banquet available for small parties and open space available for big parties including marriage parties also. Try it’s best Desi Chicken at Chandrama Restaurant. Better try this hotel in Jharsuguda.
